Since I already have some articles on juicers, you can use the information here to get a quick start you on some juices that might be to your liking. Rest assured, they are all very healthy and most importantly very simple to make with a juicing machine!
1. The Workout Recovery
Here I have one juice which is mainly for men who workout at the gym and want a something to help them in the recovery process. This is one of my favorites because I personally workout at the gym and I don’t really drink protein shakes or anything so this is a pretty alternative.
- 2 cups of ice
- 1 stick of celery
- 2 apples
- ¼ sliced cucumber
2. Some SICK Juice!
Pun intended. This juice is best for you if you are sick as it rids the body of toxins. It is healthy yet delicious! It’s got a slight hint of sweetness from the carrots and strong ‘green’ flavor from the spinach! Very healthy!
- A large carrot
- A cup of spinach
- Approximately a hand full of strawberries
- A cup of blueberries
3. Fruity Delight
So this one is mainly pear inside which personally is one of my favorite fruits as they are very healthy yet this juice contains a few other fruits that gives it a whole new taste. It’s a great and simple recipe!
- 1 pear
- 1 to 1 ½ cup of cubed pineapple
- 1 beet
If you want to spice this baby up a little, then you can also put some ginger into it but I personally do not like ginger but it’ll still taste equally great with it! It’s all up to you my friend!
4. Juice to Lose (Weight) 🙂
So here I have a juice that will help you in losing some weight yet very healthy and tasty! I mean who wants to drink something so healthy and delicious plus help in your weight loss?
- 1 quarter of pineapple
- 1 orange
- ½ a lemon
- A few leaves of red cabbage
- 1 large handful of spinach
- 2-4 carrots (depending on size)
- And lastly, add a beet root!
5. Summertime Freshness
I got that summertime, summertime freshness. This juice obviously is for summertime and is great for freshening you up! Its mostly veggies and greens but really to me is a great drink but it all depends on your taste. This is a great drink to stay hydrated and make you feel refreshed after a hot day!
- 1 lime(no skin)
- 2 tomatoes
- A handful of parsley but up to your preference
- 1 ½ -2 cups of spinach
- 1 cucumber
- Add some garlic to taste
6. Apple ‘n Strawberries
This next juice is super easy to make. It is really easy yet tastes great! I’m sure many have tried apple and strawberry before and you just can’t deny how great these two amazing fruits work together! So let’s get to it!
- Handful of ice cubes
- 200-300g strawberries
- 1 Big red, juicy, delicious, tasty apple
7. EnErGiZeR
I think you get the point here. It’s obviously for a boost in energy and what’s inside are some low-glycemic carbs to keep you energized longer and this is also healthy for you. You don’t always need sweets that contain artificial stuff and sugars for energy. Besides, candy only keeps you hyped for a short period of time. This stuff gives you long lasting energy and contains essential vitamins for your health!
- 2 bowls of spinach
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 big apple
- 2 carrots
- ½ a cucumber
8. The Ache Tender
This healthy, satisfying juice is good for drinking especially if you are recovering from an injury or surgery. Or maybe you just went to have a little workout at the gym and need something to reduce the ache in your muscles after your intense exercise. This juice is good for reducing healing time, satisfying and thirst quenching as well!
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 cucumbers
- ¼ of pineapple
- 1 lime
9. Oh Sweet Sweet Watermelon…
Now this juice may be the the simplest to make in this list and very easy to make. This juice is great for kids because who doesn’t like watermelon! It’s very sweet and if it’s too strong, you may add a little water. For me, watermelon by itself taste great and is one of my favorite fruits out there. It doesn’t take much watermelon to make a lot of juice. Plus watermelon alone contains many vitamins and minerals which are good for your health!
- Just watermelon!! you may add as much watermelon as you want depending on how much juice you want.
10. Cucumber for Days
Here I bring you some tasty yet healthy cucumber juice. This quick thirst quencher is great and is another one that can be prepared quickly and easily!
- 2 cucumbers peeled and unseeded. Chopped if needed.
- 1 cup of ice
- ½ cup of lime juice
